Enjoy a half-day boat tour in Kotor Bay and explore the iconic Blue Cave and other attractions, such as Our Lady of the Rocks Island, Mamula Island, and Žanjic Beach. Welcoming adventurers from ages 1 and up!

The Bay of Kotor (also known as Boka Bay) is a beautiful winding bay located in southwestern Montenegro. Kotor Bay is renowned for its natural beauty, with its calm waters, lush vegetation, and towering mountains. Several charming coastal towns and villages dot the shores of the bay, with well-preserved medieval architecture, picturesque squares, and vibrant waterfront promenades.

Your adventure begins at the meeting point in Kotor, where you will be welcomed on board the speedboat by the experienced skipper. After a quick safety briefing, the skipper will set sail across the crystal-clear waters of Kotor Bay! The first stop of the tour will be at Our Lady of the Rocks Island, located just in front of the ancient city of Perast. This artificial island holds a lot of historical significance. Its main point is a 17th-century catholic church dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The church is renowned for its beautiful interior adorned with paintings and frescoes by famous Baroque artists, including Tripo Kokolja.

You’ll have a brief stop at Our Lady of the Rocks and take a walk around the islet. Then, you’ll continue sailing towards the Blue Cave. Along the way, you’ll also visit an old submarine base. The next stop is at Mamula Island, famous for its old Austro-Hungarian fortress. You’ll have a panoramic view of the fortress, which was used as a prison camp in World War II. After learning more about the history of this island, you’ll continue to the Blue Cave.

The Blue Cave is a natural phenomenon, which gets its name from its incredible blue light. The sunlight refracts at just the right angle so that the water looks like it's shining from below. Dive into the mesmerising waters and bathe in the magical blue light! There will also be snorkelling equipment available if you want to explore underwater. On the way back to Kotor, you’ll stop at the stunning Žanjic Beach. Enjoy some more time swimming in the warm waters, sunbathing on the sandy shores or having a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants. The trip will end back at the starting point in Kotor.

Activity was amazing, our skipper spoke excellent in English, was kind and told many interesting stories about local history. Recommended to take a private tour it feels much more comfortable. And better later time - it is not so hot and crowded.
