Whether you are an experienced freediver or a complete beginner, the ATAO Plongée team is delighted to welcome you aboard its catamaran to discover freediving at Les Anses-d'Arlet, a magnificent site for swimming in turquoise waters rich in underwater fauna. Accessible from the age of 10, this freediving course will take place during a day's boat trip open to everyone from the age of 5, even accompanying persons not wishing to take part in the lesson!

In a small group with the instructor, or on your own if you opt for the option with a private coach, you will enjoy a freediving lesson in Les Anses-d'Arlet adapted to your level and your objectives. The course will take place in the morning, leaving the rest of the day free for snorkelling and stand-up paddling in the turquoise waters of south-west Martinique. You might even be lucky enough to encounter turtles on your cruise, which will take you to Pointe Burgos, Anse Noire or Anse Dufour!

Très belle journée, session d’apnée le matin avec un moniteur au top ! C’était une initiation pour nous et grâce aux conseils et à l’encadrement de Lucas nous avons très vite progressé. L’après-midi snorkeling et paddle avec soleil et tortues au rdv sur les beaux spots des anses d’Arlet, que du bonheur !
