Location
As one of the longest rivers in the Piedmont region, the Sesia river is known throughout Italy for its crystal-clear waters, rich ecosystem, and for being a paradise for water sports lovers. The river has also hosted the Italian Rafting Championships each year and is where the European and World Championships for kayaking were held in 2001 & 2002.

Program
After a safety briefing and an overview on what to expect during your river trek, you will descend the Sesia river where you will get to have incredible views of unspoiled landscapes in the “Gole del Sesia” (Gorges of the Sesia) section of the river. Located between the charming villages of Scopa and Balmuccia, these gorges are renowned throughout Europe for their natural beauty.

As you surround yourself in the staggeringly high walls of the canyon, you will get to walk in the main outlet of the river between dives, natural slides, and floating with the current.
