Hop in a kayak and escape the city for this fun trip arlong the Irish coastline from Bray towards Greystones
Hop in a kayak and escape the city for this fun trip along the Irish coastline from Bray towards Greystones. The Bray Head cliff walk is well known for its stunning path following a train line. The train line enters a mile-long tunnel through the hill before exiting out the far side amongst some farmland just outside Greystones. On this trip, you will have the chance to experience a completely different view of the cliffs from below while kayaking the peaceful Irish Sea. Along the way, you will likely see plenty of cormorants, seagulls, other sea birds on the cliffs, and hopefully some seals! Towards the end of the journey, you will stop in a small beach area at the base of the cliffs for some refreshments before kayaking back towards Bray.
Situated about 20km south of Dublin, Bray is a coastal town and holiday destination for many taking a break from the city. The seafront promenade is a famous landmark in town with pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops all around so you can sit and relax after your kayaking excursion.
This kayaking session is suitable for everyone from beginners to total experts.
