Moorea is located 17 km north-west of Tahiti in French Polynesia. At only 132 square kilometers it’s one of the smallest islands in the region - but also one of the most beautiful! Made up of eight ancient volcanic peaks awash with lush tropical jungle, its scenic beauty engulfs your senses. A tropical climate also makes it a popular destination for those with a soft-spot for sunshine adventures.

On route, your guide will provide safety instructions and a rundown of your trip. The first stop is Cook’s Bay, one of Moorea’s most iconic destinations. With its crystal-clear waters, water bungalows and bending palm trees it is an image of paradise. You’ll then head inland through traditional pineapple plantations where you will taste traditional liqueurs made from this most exotic of fruits. Then it’s onto Magic Mountain peak, where you will take in jaw-dropping panoramic views of Moorea, looking down onto Cook’s Bay and out into the Atlantic Ocean.

Then you will head through the tropical jungle on your way to Belvedere, where you will be surrounded by Moorea’s eight mountain peaks with views into both Ōpūnohu and Cook Bays. The land in and around Belvedere is also home to ancient Tahitian Temples and beautiful streams and waterfalls.
