Discover an unusual and sensational way to go tobogganing in Val Thorens, by trying out the Snake Gliss descent!
Take your family or friends on a fun, offbeat adventure with a Snake Gliss descent in Val Thorens! As its name suggests, the Snake Gliss is a snake made up of 12 sledges, attached to each other, allowing you to go down the slopes in an even more fun way than with the traditional single or double sled!
For 45 minutes, race down the blue run of Tête Ronde, in Val Thorens, in the company of your pilot (a professional in the discipline) and around ten other participants. Depending on your place in the suite of sledges, you'll enjoy completely different sensations: the more cautious will prefer a place towards the front of the train, behind the driver, with children aged 5 and under between the legs of the adults, while those in search of adrenalin will prefer to sit towards the rear to make the most of the 35 km/h of speed felt perfectly at ground level!
There will be several breaks during the Snake Gliss descent so that you can change places with the others and discover the different sensations provided by this unusual tobogganing activity in Val Thorens.
