Course of events

- Meeting with the team at the Goût d'Aventure base in Aniane

- Shuttle bus to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert

- Briefing on the activity, equipment and safety rules

- Distribution of equipment and boarding of canorafts

- Descend the rapids of the Hérault gorges for around 2 hours

- Helping the boats back up to the trailer

- Transport back to the premises and de-equipping

Activity requirements

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity as well as being in good physical condition.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

A minimum number of 4 participants is required for this activity to take place.

The wayto the water is heavy but woensdag you start kanoën it's very nice! Kind instructor who did his best to speak englisch. Nice surprise was jumping from the rocks and the zipline above the water!!
