Caving excursions in the Eastern Pyrenees

Enter the subterranean world of the Eastern Pyrenees accompanied by a state-certified instructor from Ria-Sirach or Mont-Louis between Prades and Font-Romeu.

The subterranean magical world opens up in a fairy of galleries and concretions (stalactites and stalagmites) but also offers technical courses on ropes where everyone can learn and improve.

Your guide Norbert Aumasson invites you to explore several sites in the massif of Villefranche-de-Conflent and the Pays de Sault – the cave of En Gorner, the chasm of the Trou du Vent de Pédrou and the abyss of las Goffias.

Activity program:
• Welcome and transfer to the cave by car
• Distribution of the equipment (cuissard, suit, bag, ropes and helmet with a lamp)
• Discovery of the caving site and explanation about the formation of caves and concretions
• Return to the vehicles
