He will then accompany you on this accessible walk along the shoreline, a looped itinerary of around 2 hours (4 km / 2.4 miles). You'll benefit from your guide's knowledge of the fauna, flora and tidal phenomena. As you discuss these fascinating subjects with the guide, you'll make your way along the shores between the salt meadows and the Sée and Sélune rivers, against the backdrop of the silhouettes of Mont Saint-Michel and Tombelaine. During the walk, you'll also discover the impressive phenomenon of quicksand in the bay.

Practical information
A 2-hour guided family walk along the shores of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
- Distance: 4km (2.4 miles).
- 30 participants per group max.
Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes in total for this activity, including around 2 hours' walking.
- Arrive at the meeting point at the Pointe du Grouin du Sud in Saint-Léonard 20 minutes before the start of the activity.
- Meet your guide.
- Safety instructions.
- A 4km / 2.4 miles (2hrs) guided walk along the shores between the salt meadows and the Sée and Sélune rivers, far from the hustle and bustle of Le Mont.
- Return to the starting point, debrief and end the activity.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
You need to be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
A minimum of 6 participants is required to organise this walk.
If you don't have neoprene slippers, they can be lent to you, subject to availability.
Make sure you're properly equipped in winter. Boots are not recommended and you may have to cross small inlets of water.
Dogs are only allowed to take part in the activity if they are kept on a lead.
This activity is not accessible to infants.
Please arrive 20 minutes early at the meeting point.
