As the sun sets, venture out on your paddle at Mimizan-Aureilhan lake, renowned for its soothing tranquillity, without a motorboat. On your SUP, you will enjoy the town's nature reserve and come into contact with the flora and fauna of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Classified as a Natura 2000 site, Mimizan has a wealth of natural treasures to discover.

Accompanied by an experienced and enthusiastic instructor for the duration of the activity, you'll have the chance to share this unique family moment with your children, thanks to specially adapted equipment.

Younger children will share a paddle and will be seated at the front of the board, while older children will be able to find their own comfort and enjoy the ride by choosing their own stand-up paddle. Throughout the activity, an enthusiastic instructor will be on hand to help you enjoy the activity in complete safety and provide assistance if necessary.

Practical information

Course of events

- Welcome at the All Water Paddle hut by the lake, where you can leave your personal belongings

- Small equipment and material: paddle and the instructor will give you a paddle adapted to your size and balance.

- Briefing on the basics of paddling: position and movements

- Boarding for a 1-hour ride at sunset

- Return to the starting point on dry land

- Collect your gear at the All Water hut and talk to your instructor about your experience

Activity requirements

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

A minimum number of 4 participants is required to run this activity.
