With 2 parallel routes at different levels, the Boffi via ferrata is ideal for families from the age of 8!
Around 20 kilometres by road from Millau, the via ferrata of Boffi offers 2 very fun vertical routes: an easy yellow route, accessible even to people with vertigo, and a more difficult red route. The 2 routes intersect 3 times along the wall, so you can adapt your route to suit your mood! If you get tired of the red route quickly, you can switch to the yellow route along the way, and vice versa if the yellow route seems too easy.
Among the obstacles on the Boffi via ferrata are footbridges and monkey bridges, as well as 2 optional zip lines at the end of the route (the first 75 metres long and the second 90 metres). Throughout the adventure, which is supervised by a state-qualified instructor, you will overlook the Dourbie gorges, with breathtaking views of the Causse du Larzac, Millau and its viaduct, and the medieval village of Le Monna below. You will enjoy a total of 2.5 to 3 hours on the via ferrata of Boffi, but you will need to be in good physical condition to complete it without difficulty and then follow the 30-minute return walk to the car park!
You might even be lucky enough to see some vultures in full flight in the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Nature Park during the course, so don't miss the Boffi via ferrata near Millau, available all year round!
