The foil, also known as surf foil, is composed of a board connected to a mast with two wings. Thanks to its design, the foil allows you not to be directly on the wave but a few centimetres above it, which increases the sensations tenfold during your ride. To gain speed, you will have to create a support between your front and back leg, this is called "pumping".
During your initiation, you will go to the pond of Salse-Leucate and will benefit from optimal conditions to discover the foil! During 2 hours, you will learn how to master the foil before trying out variations such as kitefoil or wingfoil. Supervised by qualified and experienced instructors, you will evolve at your own pace in complete safety.

Course of events

- Meet at the GPS coordinates at the time agreed with the instructor
- Preparation of the equipment
- Transport by boat to the Rascasse island
- Introduction to foiling (2h) on the Salse-Leucate lake.
- Return to the island
