- Distribution of mountain bikes and equipment, followed by a briefing on the itinerary

- Departure for a 20 km electric mountain bike tour of the Balcon Est du Vercors (approx. 3 hours' ride)

- Return to the centre, return of equipment and end of the activity

Knowing how to ride a bike is compulsory for this activity, as well as having a previous mountain biking experience.
