The via ferrata of La Canourgue is located on the cliff of Roqueprins and develops in a vertiginous frame, offering an exceptional panorama on the village of Canourgue.
This via ferrata offers all kinds of workshops like monkey bridges, a zip line, a vertical net, Nepalese bridges and a footbridge. Throughout the course, you will be transported in an airy atmosphere and will be able to discover the wonderful landscapes seen from above.
The via ferrata of Roqueprins (or la Canourgue) begins with a vertical descent of about 30 meters in zigzag and ends on the first monolith through a short path.
From there, two courses are possible, one is easy and the other is difficult. They meet to access a large footbridge of 30m. The route bypasses the central monolith and arrives at the start of a Nepalese bridge 35m. Crossing this central rock, the difficult route goes down and then up to a vertical net of 11m and join the easy course.
At this level, two options are available: either you go out by using 2 Tibetan bridges (easy), or you continue via the Nepalese bridge (difficult) then exit through the Tibetan bridge. Then there will be a zip line that is not mandatory.
