Surfing course on the Crozon peninsula

Have you always dreamed of being able to surf? Then the various courses offered by Surfing Sardine are just what you need.

Alexandre will adapt his teaching methods and give you the necessary equipment according to your level so that you can progress as quickly as possible.

You will sail from spot to spot according to the weather conditions, the swell and the tides.

The spots:
The peninsula of Crozon offers many possibilities in terms of spots. With Alexandre you will have the chance to access the following spots:
- La Palue: This is the main and most famous spot of the peninsula of Crozon, it offers powerful and beautiful waves at high tide as well as at low tide following the sandbanks. You will go there in small and medium swells.
- L'anse de Dinan (Goulien): This is the perfect place to retreat. Located at the very bottom of a majestic cove, the cove of Dinan is the spot where you will go when the swell is big and the wind blows too strong.

The aim of varying the spots is to reach the best conditions according to your level.

Program:
After getting to know Alexandre, you will leave with your equipment and move with the school van to the most appropriate spot according to the needs of the group (initiation or improvement group). Once there you will have a warm-up on the beach as well as different teaching exercises to understand the basics of surfing. Once all the instructions have been given, you will go out to catch your first waves with the aim of keeping your balance on the board.
