Located in Calvados in Basse-Normandie, in the heart of the Orne valley south of Caen, the via ferrata of Clécy offers an adventure course on the rocks of Cambronnerie. It goes along the Orne river, in direction of the viaduct of Clécy on which you will have an impregnable view all along the course. 250 meters long with a 70 meters difference in level, the via ferrata of Clécy is unique in Normandy!

Suitable for families and children who are not too impressed by the height, the via ferrata of Clécy is traversable in total autonomy. If you wish, you can be supervised by a state-licensed instructor who will give you a safety briefing and a trial run before you start on the via ferrata.

The itinerary consists of a ladder at the very beginning, then a succession of beams and amusing footbridges, with at the end of the course a monkey bridge facing the Orne river and a spectacular 50 meters footbridge before finishing with the path of the Croix de la Faverie. For the most daring, the start of a giant zip line awaits you at the top to allow you to finish this vertical adventure in apotheosis!
