Snow & Ice Driving Course in Chamrousse

Discover the pleasure of driving on a natural ice circuit, adapted, with specialised instructors, in Chamrousse, south of Grenoble.

With GTR Mountain, come and have fun in safety during ice (or snow) driving courses ranging from 2 hours to 4 half days. The courses are carried out on 2 tracks: one in plain configuration, the other in mountain configuration with relief, hairpins and a narrow road close to Grenoble.

During the 1st stage, you will learn the basic gestures that will give you the confidence you lack on all slippery roads. This will help you to drive more safely, improving your safety and that of your passengers, while enjoying the thrill of the ride.

The following levels will allow you to learn the basic driving techniques on the Chamrousse driving tracks (call/counter-call, left foot braking, ...) in order to get the most out of your vehicle for a maximum of gliding on ice or snow.

In this resort in the heart of the Alps, the courses are open to holders of the B licence and to people on accompanied driving courses. The circuit is approved since February 2018 for competitions.
