Course of events

- Meeting point in Chamonix 74400: reception of the Arveyron Hotel, 1650 route du bouchet 74400 Chamonix
- Introduction to the activity by your instructor.
- Your instructor will set up your equipment.
- 10-minute journey to the canyon.
- Briefing by your instructor on equipment and safety rules.
- White water descent for 1 hour.
- Return journey to the meeting point.

You must be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.

You must not have any medical contraindications to taking part in this activity.
