Suitable for beginners in canyoning, the canyon of Grenant includes many small obstacles cut in a wild setting. Quite long, it is nevertheless necessary to be a minimum of sportsman to be able to ensure its descent without concern. You will have to slide down natural slides, to abseil and to make jumps (not obligatory and replaceable by a descent with rope).

One of the closest canyons to Lyon (about 50 minutes by car), the Grenant canyon is located at the edge of the Chartreuse Massif, near the Aiguebelette lake and Chambéry.
