Un bon mix entre activité physique (un peu à l'aller, contre le courant), détente (lors des quelques pauses et au retour), découverte insolite du lieu et de ses "incontournables" (sans la foule), le tout orchestré par un moniteur qui se montre très sympathique et disponible. A faire absolument (pour petits et grands) !
