Come and discover the impressive via ferrata of the Ospédale and the biggest adventure park of Corsica at only 20 minutes from Porto-Vecchio!

The via ferrata of the Ospédale has been built between Zonza, Lecci and Porto-Vecchio in southern Corsica. On this fun and sporting course, with 3 levels of difficulty, you will be on your own in complete safety on the Ospédale massif, overlooking the gulfs of Porto-Vecchio and offering 360° panoramic views over Lake Ospédale to Sardinia. It is not just a thrill-packed adventure, but also one with breathtaking scenery between the sea and the mountains!

You will be welcomed by the XTrem Sud team at the Ospédale adventure park, the largest adventure park in Corsica, which offers 1 via ferrata course with 3 levels of difficulty: Level Yellow (very easy) ideal for beginners; Level Blue (medium to difficult) which is still accessible, but offers an extra challenge for a more committed experience; and finally Level Red (difficult) with more challenging obstacles, adrenalin guaranteed! The good news is that once you have started on the level of your choice, you can always decide at some point to move on to another one, so you can tailor the rest of your adventure to suit your mood!

In any case, the ascent of the Ospédale via ferrata lasts about 2.5 hours and offers you a succession of giant zip lines at the end of the route (optional), the perfect way to end your activity with a good dose of thrills. It is up to you to decide which level of the via ferrata at l'Ospédale you are going to choose before tackling the canopy tour course at the X Trem Sud adventure park near Porto-Vecchio!

Practical information

Self-guided tour of the Ospédale via ferrata with a choice of 3 difficulty levels (Yellow - very easy / Blue - medium to difficult / Red - difficult) lasting around 2.5 hours, followed by access to the Ospédale adventure park.

Course of events

- Meeting at the XTrem Sud Adventure Park reception desk

- Reception of your equipment required for the via ferrata (helmet, harness, etc.) with a briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Approach walk to the starting point of the course

- Departure for approximately 2.5 hours of via ferrata on your own, on the level(s) of your choice (possibility of changing from one level to another during the course) with at the end the possibility of descending the giant zip-lines if you wish

- Once you have completed the via ferrata course, you will have access to the adventure park's canopy tour course

- Return of your equipment when you have finished and end of the activity

Special terms

This activity has no timetable during school holidays: you can come at your convenience on the day of your reservation between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to do your activity. The waiting time may vary depending on the number of people.

⚠️ Outside school holidays, you must contact the park 48 hours before the day of the activity in order to determine a schedule.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people and disabled people.

The fee also includes access to the canopy tour.

For parents wishing to accompany their children (who are unable to attach themselves) without taking part in the activity, the price to be paid on site is €26.

Da fare se non si soffre di vertigini e se si vuole faticare un po’, ma la vista che si ha una volta arrivati in cima alla ferrata ripaga tutti gli forzi fatti!!

Er zijn 3 mogelijke routes om te volgen. wij kozen voor de middelste. Superleuk als je avontuurlijk bent en geen last hebt van hoogtevrees. Doe deze activiteit het beste in de voormiddag als het nog niet te warm is. Nadien hebben we daar iets gegeten, maar dit viel wat tegen.
