Whether you are a couple, in the company of family or friends, end your day in Ottawa in a warm atmosphere by joining this outing dedicated to discovering craft breweries in Gatineau! On the programme, 3 brewery visits await you, with of course tastings (12 in all) to delight your taste buds! You will also have the pleasure of learning how these beverages are produced and their history thanks to the passionate brewers who will guide you on each tour. All-you-can-eat snacks will even be available throughout the experience!

In a small group of 14 people, you will board a minibus driven by your knowledgeable guide to reach each of the 3 breweries in Gatineau. The first stop will be Gallicus, a craft brewery where you will enjoy 4 beer tastings and discover how beers are made in oak barrels. You will then go to the 5e Baron microbrewery for 2 beer tastings and a behind-the-scenes tour of their production room. You will also be offered a full beer of your choice! Finally, you will end your tour of Gatineau's craft beers at A la Dérive, a brewery offering a full flight of beers (4 tastings), as well as a typical Quebec dinner: poutine with pulled pork!

A 4-hour tour to visit 3 breweries in Gatineau.

Course of events

- Pick-up at your hotel in Gatineau / Ottawa (list of hotels concerned in the special conditions below) or go directly to the intersection of rue Wellington and rue Laval in Gatineau

- Departure for a 4-hour tour of 3 Gatineau microbreweries: the Gallicus craft brewery (4 beer tastings and explanations on how beer is made in oak barrels), the 5e Baron microbrewery (2 beer tastings + 1 full beer of your choice while visiting the backstage of their production room) and the A la Dérive craft brewery (a full flight of beers (4 tastings) and dinner - a delicious pulled pork poutine)

- Drop-off at the pick-up point in Gatineau or Ottawa and end of the activity

Activity requirements

Due to the consumption of alcohol during this tour, it is strongly recommended that you use a means of transport other than your own car to get home after the outing if you are not being picked up at your hotel.
