This day of ice fishing from Montreal takes place south of the Sept-Chutes Regional Park, at the Domaine Bazinet outfitter in Sainte-Emélie-de-l'Energie. Departing from Montreal's Radisson metro station, you will board a comfortable minibus to reach Domaine Bazinet, accompanied by a guide who will share his knowledge of the culture and history of the Lanaudière region.
Once you have arrived, your day of 7 hours or so at the outfitter awaits you! The programme includes not only ice fishing on Lac des Îles, the estate's lake, but also other winter activities such as ice skating, snowshoeing, snow tubing and much more. You will spend unforgettable moments in the snow with your loved ones, and take home incredible memories of the wide-open spaces of the Lanaudière region.

A day at Pourvoirie du Domaine Bazinet, where you can enjoy ice fishing and take part in the other activities on offer (snowshoeing, ice skating, snow tubing, ice hockey, etc. - equipment to participate not included)
- Meeting at Radisson metro station in Montreal
- Minibus journey with guide/driver to Pourvoirie du Domaine Bazinet (approx. 1.5 hour's drive)
- Start of your day of approximately 7 hours on the estate, where you can not only go ice fishing, but also take part in the other activities on offer on site such as snowshoeing, ice skating, snow tubing, etc. (equipment for these activities not included, to be rented on site)
- Return to Montreal by minibus (about 1.5 hour's drive) and end of the experience
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
A provincial fishing licence is required to fish on the ice during the activity: you can buy it on site for $20.78 for non-Quebec residents / $14.21 for Quebec residents.
For groups of 2 or more, an ice fishing hut is provided free of charge.
