To start your white water rafting adventure, you will meet your state-certified raft guide at the activity base in Taxenbach. From there you will receive a safety and activity briefing to make sure you will be confident out on the water. Then, you will be driven to the raft launch site and equipped with helmets, life vests, wetsuits, and neoprene booties to make sure you are safe and warm during the rafting session. Finally, it will finally be time to begin your white water rafting adventure on the Salzach River!

After your 2 hour white water rafting session comes to an end, you will be returned to the activity base in Taxenbach where you will enjoy a small snack and be presented with a certificate of your accomplishment – conquering the mighty Salzach!
